Amb aquesta premissa, i tenint en compte que la tecnologia cada vegada ens ofereix més i millors eines per gestionar les nostres necessitats, es porta a terme la construcció d’un servei al núvol (Saas) capaç de cobrir aquestes necessitats i de fer-ho de la manera més senzilla i eficient possible. La plataforma Aula és un servei on tant professors com pares dels alumnes poden comunicar-se i consultar la informació referent als seus alumnes (en el cas del professors), i dels seus fills (en el cas dels pares/tutors). La solució adoptada ha de ser capaç de funcionar sobre qualsevol aparell (ordinador, tablet o mòbil) i en qualsevol lloc on hi hagi connexió a Internet. No s’ha de realitzar cap tipus d’instal·lació un cop el sistema estigui funcionant, i s’hi podran registrar tants centres com siguin necessaris, així com professionals i pares dels alumnes. També s’ha valorat el manteniment mínim del sistema i la seva escalabilitat, per poder fer front a diferents volums de dades. Així doncs, el projecte Aula es presenta com una solució per gestionar el dia a dia dels professors i alumnes, però que no pretén ser substitut de cap altre sistema de gestió que pugui tenir el centre.; The project presented below is the result of a detection of the existing communication problem between schools (mainly primary schools) and parents and the need to find a solution. A minimum system maintenance and scalability has also been considered to cope with different amount of data. Therefore, the Aula project is presented as a solution for managing the day to day tasks of teachers and students, but it is not intended as a substitute for any other management system already existing in the centre. S'ha dut a terme una filosofia de disseny orientada a l'usuari (DCU) de manera que el primer pas ha sigut realitzar un prototip i un 'sketch'. De tots és coneguda la crisi, immobiliària en un primer moment, i financera més tard. Reestructuracions, fusions, absorcions, intervencions i nacionalitzacions han estat a l’ordre del dia en el món de les entitats financeres els últims 3 anys. El mapa financer ha passat de més de 50 entitats a poc menys de 10 en tan sols 3 anys. Els departaments de tecnologia de bancs i caixes no han estat aliens a aquests moviments. Tot i estar relativament al marge del negoci financer de l’entitat, cada fusió ha atorgat un paper protagonista a tota la plantilla informàtica. Ja que cada reestructuració ha suposat un gran esforç per integrar entitats molt diferents entre si en una de sola. Intentant que l’impacte a clients i a usuaris fos el menor possible. Caixa Manlleu és un exemple proper de la reestructuració del món financer, i ha protagonitzat, juntament amb Caixa Sabadell i Caixa Terrassa, la creació d’Unnim. Aquest cas real serà la base del treball. El projecte consisteix en la creació d’una plataforma informàtica per a la nova entitat resultant de la fusió. Una plataforma amb un doble objectiu: d’una banda, que reculli el millor de les tres plataformes d’origen i que compleixi tots els requestis que la nova entitat exigeix per tal que els usuaris puguin continuar fent les tasques diàries. I de l’altra, una plataforma que posi al dia i actualitzi tecnològicament l’entitat amb el mínim cost possible. Així doncs, cal analitzar per separat cadascuna de les 3 plataformes existents, inventariar les aplicacions comunes i les departamentals, així com les llicències de software vigents existents i no caducades. Decidir quines aplicacions es faran servir, si se’n poden aprofitar o si per contra en calen de noves. També cal analitzar quins equips informàtics (terminals) es necessitaran per tal de treure el màxim rendiment de la plataforma. Entre les conclusions obtingudes en el projecte, cal destacar els grans avantatges d’utilitzar aplicacions virtualitzades en lloc de les tradicionals aplicacions instal·lades físicament a cada terminal. Faciliten la feina i el manteniment, estalvien recursos i fan guanyar temps. És per aquest motiu que presento aquesta idea, on el seu objectiu és desenvolupar una pàgina web que esdevingui un punt de trobada entre usuaris que volen transmetre o ampliar el seu coneixement i oferir-los la possibilitat que entre ells puguin compartir les seves habilitats i destreses. El web consistirà en un panell d’activitats on els usuaris un cop s’hagin registrat puguin crear les activitats que vulguin aprendre o bé ensenyar, tot demanant, si ho desitgen, quelcom a canvi. Aleshores la resta d’usuaris si els interessa l’activitat, poden acceptar la demanda o bé fer una proposta pròpia. A partir d’aquí els usuaris s’han de posar d’acord a l’hora de dur a terme l’activitat. El web disposarà d’una part pels usuaris amb permisos d’administrador perquè puguin gestionar el portal. Aquest projecte s’ha desenvolupat amb el framework de PHP Codeigniter, el qual utilitza la programació per capes MVC, la qual separa la programació en tres parts: el Model, la Vista i el Controlador. També s’han utilitzat els llenguatges HTML5 i CSS3, i jQuery, que és una llibreria de JavaScript.
