Quina importància té el vincle entre educador/a i educand al moment d’arribar en el recurs crae

Abstract

Aquest Treball de Final de Grau mostra una recerca sobre la importància que té el vincle entre educador/a i educand dins d’un recurs CRAE. S’ha emprat una metodologia d’investigació qualitativa, mitjançant, entrevistes semiestructurades, per aprofundir en el concepte de vincle i la seva importància en l’atenció als infants i adolescents del CRAE. Els resultats d’aquesta recerca han mostrat que els educadors i les educadores socials donen molta importància en el vincle per poder conèixer i acompanyar als infants i adolescents partint de les seves pròpies eines, estratègies i vivències. Les conclusions que s’han pogut extreure d’aquest treball, han sigut que el vincle és molt important mantenir-lo entre educador/a i educand dins d’un CRAE. La figura de l’educador/a social és essencial perquè un infant se senti acollit a l’hora d’arribar en el recurs CRAE.

This Final Degree Project presents research on the importance of the bond between educator and child/adolescent within a CRAE (Residential Care Home for Children and Adolescents) resource. A qualitative research methodology was employed, using semi-structured interviews to delve into the concept of the bond and its significance in the care of children and adolescents in CRAEs. The results of this research have shown that social educators place great importance on the bond to be able to understand and support children and adolescents, drawing on their own tools, strategies, and experiences. The conclusions drawn from this work indicate that maintaining a strong bond between educator and child/adolescent within a CRAE is crucial.
