Model d'integració d'un sistema de gestió de R+D+i amb els sistemes de gestió de qualitat, medi ambient i seguretat i salut

Abstract

En el context actual de globalització el món empresarial s’ha trobat amb la obligatorietat d’innovar permanentment dins de les seves organitzacions per millorar la capacitat de reacció davant dels reptes canviants. La sistematització d’aquesta innovació es pot portar a terme a través de l’establiment d’un Sistema de Gestió de la R+D+i. L’objectiu principal d’aquest treball és desenvolupar un model d’aplicació segons la norma UNE 166002:2014 dins del marc d’un Sistema Integrat de Gestió aprofitant la sinergia de les normes UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 Sistemes de Gestió de Qualitat, UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 Sistemes de Gestió Ambiental i el borrador de la norma ISO/DIS 45001 (pròxima aprovació) Sistemes de Gestió de la Seguretat i Salut en el Treball. La integració de sistemes de gestió fomenta l’alineació amb l’estratègia de l’organització, permet una visió global dels sistemes, facilita la presa de decisions i, en conseqüència, millora l’eficàcia i rendibilitat dels sistemes. La metodologia seguida ha estat elaborar una guia per la implantació dels requisits de la norma UNE 166002 en tots els seus punts, integrant amb la resta de sistemes aquells requisits comuns a tots els sistemes de gestió. Tot això sota la base d’una estructura documental d’alt nivell de les versions actuals i amb un enfocament de gestió per processos. Les principals conclusions d’aquest treball són la facilitat d’integració dels sistemes de gestió en el noves versions, la necessitat de gestionar la R+D+i a través d’un sistema de gestió, la importància de les unitats de gestió de R+D+i, la necessitat d’augmentar el coneixement dels sistemes de gestió de R+D+i, de reduir les dificultats en la introducció al mercat dels resultats de R+D+i i d’augmentar la vigilància tecnològica, per millorar en definitiva, la capacitat competitiva de les organitzacions.

In the current context of globalization, the business world has found the obligation to permanently innovate within their organizations in order to improve the ability to react to changing challenges. The systematization of this innovation can be carried out through the establishment of an R+D+I Management System. The main objective of this work is to develop a model of application according to the UNE 166002: 2014 standards as part of an Integrated Management System taking advantage of the synergy of the UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management, UNE-EN ISO 14001: 2015 Systems Environmental Management Systems and the draft of ISO / DIS 45001 standars (forthcoming approval) Management Systems of Safety and Health at Work. The integration of management systems fosters the alignment with the strategy of the organization, provides a global overview of the systems facilitates decision-making and, consequently, improves the efficiency and profitability of the systems. The methodology to be followed has been to draw up a guide for the implementation of the requirements of the UNE 166002 on all points, integrating with other systems those requirements common to all management systems. All under the basis of a high level documentary structure of the current versions and with a focus on process management. The main conclusions of this work are the ease of integration of management systems in the new versions, the need to manage the R+D+I through a management system, the importance of R+D+I management units, the need to increase the knowledge of R+D+I management systems, to reduce the difficulties in introducing to the market the results of R+D+I and to increase technology watch, ultimately to improve the competitiveness of the organizations.
