Els valors com a mitjà socioeducatiu en el futbol

Abstract

Aquest treball de recerca es basa en l'estudi sobre com l'aplicació dels valors en l'àmbit esportiu, concretament el futbol, afavoreix la formació dels joves que el practiquen. Per poder-ho realitzar, la recerca està centrada en dos equips de la comarca d’Osona: la U.E. Taradell i l'OAR Vic. En la primera part del treball es fa la presentació d’aquests clubs i una referència teòrica sobre el paper de l'educador i la seva pràctica educativa. També inclou reflexions de diverses personalitats vinculades a aquest esport per tal d’elaborar un marc teòric que serveixi de guia per contrastar el treball d'aquests dos clubs. La segona part del treball està dividida en dues fases; la primera, dedicada a veure com treballen la formació en valors, en quin moment es troben i com valoren la feina realitzada, i la segona fase comprèn l'anàlisi de partits disputats per aquests dos clubs, per tal d'identificar aquest treball i veure quins són els resultats de la feina realitzada.

This research study is based on how the application of the values at sportive area, especially at football, favours the formation of young people who practice it. For be able to realise it, the research is focused on two teams of Osona’s area: the U.E. Taradell and the OAR Vic. In the first part of the research study we can find the presentation of this clubs and a theoretical reference about the paper of the educator and his educational practice. Also it includes reflections of several personalities linked to this sport to develop a theoretical framework that it could be used as a guide to contrast the work of these two clubs. The second part of the research is divided in two phases; the first, devoted to see how work the formation in values, in which moment find and how value the work realised, and the second phase includes the analysis of matches played by these two clubs, in order to identify this work and see which are the results of the work realised.
