Containbar

Abstract

En aquest Treball de Final de Grau s'exposa els resultats de l'estudi sobre la creació d'una unitat de Containbar i la seva aplicació en un projecte d'emprenedoria rendible basat en la fabricació d'aquestes unitats per la seva venda i lloguer. Un Containbar és una unitat dissenyada i fabricada expressament en les dimensions d'un contenidor marítim, de manera que sigui transportable i mòbil, per tal que un cop instal·lada en un espai realitzi les funcions de cafeteria totalment automatitzada sense necessitat de la intervenció d'un servei humà. Mitjançant una aplicació mòbil els usuaris poden fer les comandes que vulguin i les rebran en pocs minuts a la taula on hagin decidit seure per gaudir-les o endur-se-les. El Containbar dona resposta a la necessitat recorrent de necessitar el servei de bar o cafeteria en un lloc concret, però per un període de temps tant curt (dies, setmanes o fins i tot mesos), que no fa viable la creació d'una cafeteria de manera estable, ni tampoc fa que surti a compte la gestió d'una barra expressa per donar aquest servei, degut a la càrrega laboral de personal i de gestió que això suposa. El model de negoci proposat explora amb quina estructura mínima es considera viable la fabricació d'aquestes unitats per la seva posterior venda o posada en lloguer diverses vegades cada unitat al llarg de l'any. El treball també proposa solucions als nous problemes que apareixen derivats d'aquesta nova manera de gaudir del serveis de cafeteria: l'aprovisionament, la gestió, la planificació de fabricacions, etc. i sobretot mostra un disseny d'un Containbar que neix com embrió, però que degut a la posada en funcionament estarà sotmès a millores constants que garanteixin un millor ús i rendiment econòmic de l'activitat.

In this Degree Final Project it is exposed the results of studying the creation of a Containbar unit and its application in entrepreneurship functional project based on the manufacturing of these units for sale and rent them. A Containbar is a special unit designed and manufactured expressly in the dimensions of a marine container, so it become portable and mobile, and once it is installed in some space, it performs a fully automated cafe functions with no need of a human service. Using a mobile application the costumers can make the orders that they desire. Then they will receive them in a few minutes directly in the table where they had sitted to enjoy or to take away them. The Containbar responds to the repeatadly need of the services of a bar or cafe in a specific place, but for a period of time that is too short (days, weeks or even months), which makes it, by on hand, impossible to create a stable cafe company, or by the other hand clearly inaviable provide a temporary cafe service due to the personal workload and management needed. The proposed business model in this work, explores the specific minimal enterprise-structure needed for demonstrate the aviability of the manufacturation of these units for sale or rental them several times each unit throughout the year. It also proposes solutions to the new brand problems that appear derived from this new way to enjoy the cafe services: chain-supply, management, planning of manufacturing, etc. but above all the matters , it show's the design of Containbar that is born as a first embryo, but which, due to the startup, will be subject to constant improvements that guarantee a better use and economic performance of the activity.
