El treball socioeducatiu i comunitari amb famílies i infants del barri Centre de Salt: una aproximació a les metodologies del treball amb les famílies que han fet un procés migratori

Abstract

Durant les onades migratòries a Salt (Girona) als anys 1960 i 1970, es van construir diversos edificis al barri Centre per poder allotjar la gent nouvinguda d’arreu d’Espanya. La majoria de persones i generacions que van venir segueixen vivint allà i la gent del poble que ha crescut al barri ha anat marxant. Per tant, ha esdevingut, al llarg del temps, un barri segregat i marginat per la comunitat general de Salt, un barri on hi ha nombroses famílies que presenten diferents necessitats que no s’han gestionat i moltes d’elles no són acceptades a la comunitat i, per tant, s’han generat conflictes al barri Centre. En aquest treball es realitza una aproximació a alguns dels recursos i serveis que hi ha a Salt i a tots aquells que treballin de manera socioeducativa amb la comunitat per millorar les condicions del barri Centre i afrontar la segregació a més de les desigualtats existents.

During the migratory waves in Salt (Girona) in the 1960s and 1970s, several buildings were built in the neighbourhood called “Centre” to accommodate the newcomers from all over Spain. Most of the people and generations that came here are still living there and the people in the neighbourhood who had grown up there have left. Therefore, it has, over time, become a segregated and marginalized area by the general Salt community, a neighbourhood where many families have different needs that have not been managed, many of these families are not accepted in the community, and therefore, there has been conflict in Centre neighbourhood. This work approximates some of the resources and services available in Salt and all those who work in a socio-educational way with the community to improve the conditions in the Centre district and also to face segregation the existing inequalities.
