Els elements de l'aula multigrau que poden promoure les oportunitats d'aprenentatge

Abstract

Aquesta recerca és un estudi de cas, que s’ha portat a terme a una escola de Girona on està organitzada amb grups multigrau. És a dir, infants d’edats heterogènies interactuen i aprenen junts dins d’una mateixa aula per enriquir els seus aprenentatges. La finalitat d’aquest estudi és identificar quins són els elements de l’aula multigrau que poden promoure inclusió i una igualtat d’oportunitats d’aprenentatge. L’obtenció de dades s’ha realitzat a partir de tres instruments: l’anàlisi de documents del centre i l’entrevista i l’enquesta a alguns membres educatius de l’escola. Amb aquesta recerca s’ha pogut conèixer que el rol de la mestra, la planificació de l’espai i els materials i la cooperació entre els alumnes i els docents són elements molt importants perquè hi hagi una igualtat d’oportunitats d’aprenentatge per a totes i tots, malgrat la seva edat biològica o nivell de desenvolupament.

The research I present below is a case study, specifically in a school in Girona where learning is organized from multi-grade classrooms. That means that children of heterogeneous ages interact and learn together within the same classroom to enrich their learning. The purpose of this study is to identify which are the elements of the multi-grade classroom that can promote inclusion and equal learning opportunities. The data were obtained using three instruments: the analysis of school documents and the interview and survey of some educational members of the school. Finally, this research has shown that the role of the teacher, the planning of space and materials, and the cooperation between students and teachers are very important elements in making learning effective for all children at all levels.
