La identificació de suports i mesures inclusives per a la millora de la inclusió d'un centre

Abstract

Aquesta investigació té com a objectiu principal identificar els suports i les mesures inclusives d’un centre educatiu per tal que posteriorment es puguin millorar algunes pràctiques inclusives utilitzades i aconseguir una escola inclusiva i oberta a tothom. Aquesta recerca s’ha dut a terme a una escola de la comarca d’Osona i s’ha tingut en compte la veu de tot el professorat. Per poder realitzar aquest estudi s’ha basat en una investigació de paradigma interpretatiu en la qual l’aproximació metodològica és qualitativa partint d’un estudi de cas, ja que la finalitat ha estat analitzar i comprendre la inclusió d’un centre escolar en concret. Per fer-ho, s’ha elaborat un qüestionari qualitatiu que han respost tots els docents i dues entrevistes, una a la mestra d’educació especial i a la directora del centre. Els resultats ens mostren quines són les pràctiques inclusives que utilitzen i quins són els coneixements i concepcions que tenen els professionals del centre escolar.

The main objective of this research is to identify the supports and inclusive measures of an educational center so that later, some of the inclusive practices used can be improved in order to achieve an inclusive school open to all. This research was carried out at the Pompeu Fabra school in Manlleu and the opinion and knowledge of all the teachers was taken into account. This study has been based on an interpretive paradigm research in which the methodological approach is qualitative based on a case study, as the purpose has been to analyze and understand the inclusion of a particular school. In order to do this, a qualitative questionnaire was developed, which was answered by all the teachers, and two interviews: one with the special education teacher and the headmaster of the center. The results shows what kind of inclusive practices the school uses and what knowledge and conceptions school professionals have.
