Estudi sobre la proposta de serveis futbolístics europeus que exporten empreses de Catalunya a l'estranger

Abstract

Aquest treball de recerca pretén estudiar i comparar la proposta de serveis de quatre empreses que es dediquen a l’exportació de serveis futbolístics amb el propòsit de millorar el rendiment i la formació de jugadors , entrenadors, acadèmies i federacions estrangeres. L’objectiu és analitzar i estudiar la proposta de serveis d’aquestes empreses i comparar-les. L’objectiu d’analitzar i estudiar la proposta de serveis és molt ampli, és per aquest motiu que aquesta investigació s’ha realitzat des del punt de vista de la qualitat del servei, analitzant amb més profunditat quines estratègies i accions apliquen aquestes empreses per oferir un servei de qualitat.

This final degree project aims to study and compare the service proposals of four companies that are dedicated to the export of soccer services with the purpose of improving the performance and training of foreign players, coaches, academies and federations. The objective is to analyze and study the purpose of the services of these companies and compare them. The objective of analyzing and studying the purpose of the services is very broad, is for that reason that this research has been carried out from the point of view of service quality, analyzing in greater depth what strategies and actions these companies apply to offer a quality service.
