L’efecte de la musicoteràpia durant les cures d’infermeria en els nadons d’uci neonatal

Abstract

Introducció: El dolor, estrès i ansietat que pateixen els nounats durant les cures infermeres a l’UCI, pot afectar a la seva recuperació, comprometent així la seva vida. En algunes ocasions no es valora donat que anBgament es considerava que no exisBa. Actualment, s’acostuma a pal·liar els símptomes de manera farmacològica, promovent la polimedicació des del naixement, sense tenir en compte els possibles efectes secundaris que els pot causar al llarg de la vida. Es per això que pot ser de gran interès mèdic i social, trobar nous mètodes no farmacològics, que millorin els símptomes. Objec5u: Observar els efectes de la musicoteràpia en els nadons i familiars de les UCI neonatals durant les cures d’infermeria, per a millorar la seva estada. Metodologia: Es realitzarà un Assaig Clínic Aleatoritzat, controlat i cec, uBlitzant un procés d’aleatorització computeritzada per a assignar als usuaris en dos grups, experimental o control. L’estudi es realitzarà a l’Hospital General de Granollers durant l’any 2025 a l’UCI neonatal. Limitacions de l’estudi: La mida de la mostra, la variabilitat de la metodologia, la falta de cegament complet o la duració de l’estudi, perquè poden aportar dades no fiables i comprometre els resultats. A més, cal assegurar l’èBca pels parBcipants.

Introduc5on: The pain, stress and anxiety suffered by newborns during nursing care in the ICU can affect their recovery, compromising their lives. On some occasions it is not valued because it was previously considered that it did not exist. Currently, symptoms are usually alleviated in a pharmacological way, promoBng plymedicaBon from birth, without considering the possible side effects that can cause them throughout life. That is why it can be of great medical and social interest, find new non-pharmacological methods, that improve symptoms. Objec5ve: observe the effects of music therapy on babies and relaBves of neonatal ICUs during nursing care, to improve their stay. Methodology: A randomized, controlled, and blind Clinical Trial will be carried out, using a computerized randomizaBon process to assign users in two groups, experimental or control. The study will be carried out at the General Hospital of Granollers during the year 2025 at the neonatal ICU. Limita5ons of the study: the size of the sample, the variability of the methodology, the lack of complete blindness or the duraBon of the study, because they can provide unreliable data and compromise the results. In addiBon, the ethics of the parBcipants must be ensured.
