Projecte per a l’automatització d’una línia de control de qualitat Memòria

Abstract

Aquest projecte es basa en la cerca de la solució d’un repte de control de qualitat d’una família de peces. Per poder portar a terme el treball primer necessitem saber quines són les funcions d’aquestes peces i la seva utilitat. Així podrem entendre els requeriments que estableix el client, i el seu procés de fabricació. A partir d’un estudi de mercat i de les diferents tècniques podrem descobrir quina és la solució més adient per aquest repte. La programació i el disseny de la línia de qualitat ens deriva als nostres objectius, que pretenen ser una inspecció ràpida del 100% de les peces i de manera eficaç.

This project is based on the search for the solution of a quality control challenge of a family of pieces. In order to carry out the work, we first need to know what the functions of these pieces are and their usefulness. This way we can understand the requirements established by the client, and their manufacturing process. From a market study and different techniques we will be able to discover which is the most appropriate solution for this challenge. The programming and design of the quality line leads us to our objectives, which aim to be a quick inspection of 100% of the levels and effectively.
