Joventut i participació. Diagnòstic comunitari a Lliçà d’Amunt

Abstract

Aquest treball de final de grau s’emmarca en la meva pràctica com a futura educadora social i posa el focus en la participació juvenil al municipi de Lliçà d’Amunt, a través de l’elaboració d’un diagnòstic comunitari participatiu. Parteixo de la convicció que la participació no només és un dret, sinó també una eina fonamental per al desenvolupament personal i col·lectiu dels i les joves, així com per a la construcció de comunitats més cohesionades i democràtiques. Mitjançant una metodologia qualitativa i participativa, basada en entrevistes i un grup de discussió, he recollit els punts de vista de joves i professionals del territori. Els resultats mostren una participació juvenil present però limitada, condicionada per factors com la manca d’espais adequats, la distància amb les institucions i la necessitat de processos més inclusius i sostinguts en el temps. Amb aquest treball, he volgut posar en valor la importància d’acompanyar els processos comunitaris des d’una mirada horitzontal, sistèmica i transformadora. A través d’aquest diagnòstic, pretenc contribuir a generar eines i reflexions que permetin repensar les polítiques de joventut i reforçar el paper actiu dels i les joves en la vida del municipi.

This final degree project is framed within my practice as a future social educator and focuses on youth participation in the municipality of Lliçà d’Amunt, through the development of a participatory community diagnosis. I start from the conviction that participation is not only a right, but also a fundamental tool for the personal and collective development of young people, as well as for building more cohesive and democratic communities. Through a qualitative and participatory methodology, based on interviews and a discussion group, I have gathered the points of view of young people and professionals in the area. The results show that youth participation is present but limited, conditioned by factors such as the lack of adequate spaces, the distance from institutions, and the need for more inclusive and sustained processes over time. With this project, I have aimed to highlight the importance of supporting community processes from a horizontal, systemic, and transformative perspective. Through this diagnosis, I seek to contribute tools and reflections that allow for a rethinking of youth policies and the strengthening of the active role of young people in the life of the municipality.
