Anàlisi dels factors clau en l’èxit de l’organització de tornejos de futbol femení

Abstract

A partir del “boom” del futbol femení a Catalunya, aquest treball vol analitzar els factors clau d’èxit (CSF) en l’organització de tornejos de futbol femení a Catalunya. Observant el creixement del futbol femení, estudiant els esdeveniments esportius i els diferents factors que porten a l’organització d’aquests. L’objectiu principal de la recerca ha estat identificar i analitzar els factors que influeixen en l’èxit d’aquests esdeveniments esportius. La metodologia utilitzada s’ha basat en entrevistes a organitzadors de diversos tornejos de futbol femení, seguint un enfocament qualitatiu per obtenir dades detallades sobre les pràctiques en l’organització. Els resultats obtinguts revelen que els factors com els recursos humans, la coordinació i planificació prèvia i l’atenció als petits detalls són fonamentals per a l’èxit dels tornejos. A més destaca l’impacte del creixement del futbol femení a Catalunya, relacionat amb l’augment de llicències federatives i l’èxit mediàtic del futbol femení professional. Finalment, els resultats també mostres que la reputació de l’esdeveniment així com la comunicació i el tracte amb els participants, són clau per garantir la fidelització i el creixement de l’esdeveniment a llarg termini.

Following the “boom” of women’s football in Catalonia, this study aims to analyze the critical success factors (CSF) in the organization of women’s football tournaments in Catalonia. By overseeing the growth of women’s football, studying sports events, and the various factors involved in organizing these events, the main objective of this research is to identify and analyze the factors influencing the success of these sports events. The methodology used was based on interviews with organizers of various women’s football tournaments, following a qualitative approach to gather detailed data on organizational practices. The results reveal that factors such as human resources, prior coordination and Planning, and attention to small details, are fundamental to the success of the tournaments. Additionally, the growth of women’s football in Catalonia is highlighted, which is linked to the increase in federation licenses and the media success of professional women’s football. Finally, the results also show that the event’s reputation, as well as communication and interaction with participants, are key to ensuring loyalty and the long-term growth of the event.
