La protecció de dades a l'àmbit empresarial: el dret a l'oblit

Abstract

Anàlisi sobre la protecció de dades en l’àmbit empresarial i del destí d’aquelles dades que es troben a la xarxa. Concretament s’analitza la possibilitat de l’existència d’un dret a l’oblit que permeti, tant a persones físiques com jurídiques, eliminar part de la seva història digital a Internet. La finalitat d’aquest treball és investigar i proposar una possible solució per a totes aquelles persones jurídiques que vulguin oblidar aquelles informacions que perjudiquin el desenvolupament de la seva activitat econòmica.

Analysis of data’s protection in the business world and the final fate of the data found over the Internet. Specifically, we analyze the possibility of the existence of a right to oblivion that enables both individuals and legal entities to delete part of his digital history online. The purpose of this project is to investigate and propose a suitable solution for all those who want to forget that legal information that damages in the development of its economic activity.
