The project is based on the design and development of two applications in order to automate a dosing process for industrial washing machines. The first application has been developed with the Qt Creator on an embedded computer with a touch screen that runs Linux. This application allows the user to control up to 5 dosing controls at the same time using the rs-485 protocol. The second application has been developed using the Android Studio and the Parse as a database. This mobile application allows the user to manage and store the programs of the dosing system on the cloud. Both applications have enabled to achieve full process automation with better control and a reduced time of management. After the development of the application, two prototypes have been handled to the customer and the tests have started in order to validate the software before bringing the project to the market. This document includes, among others, the study undertaken to choose the hardware, the goals and methodology, the specifications of the final control and an estimate of the development and production cost.ca_ES
