Abstract

La Bruixa és un centre social autogestionat en forma d’empresa social d’inserció. És un espai innovador i obert a la comunitat. És un espai de trobada i de transformació social. El projecte se sustenta en dos grans pilars, per una banda la cafeteria-restaurant de la bruixa i per l’altre tota una oferta d’activitats culturals socials i lúdiques. El restaurant de La Bruixa ofereix una gran varietat gastronòmica a uns preus assequibles per tothom. Promou una alimentació saludable i sempre ofereix plats per persones que segueixen una dieta vegetariana. La bruixa és molt més que un bar o un restaurant, és un espai on petits i grans hi tenen el seu lloc. La Bruixa és un lloc on es crea i s’intercanvia cultura i on neixen contactes i vincles socials que contribueixen en millorar la vida i el desenvolupament de les persones i de la comunitat en general. És un agent de transformació social ja que pretén oferir oportunitats laborals a persones en risc d’exclusió social i pretén ser un espai on la comunitat pugui crear respostes a les necessitats de la mateixa.
