Anàlisi del grau de satisfacció dels usuaris i usuàries del Poliesportiu Municipal de Ripollet

Abstract

El següent treball té com a objectiu analitzar el grau de satisfacció dels usuaris del Poliesportiu Municipal de Ripollet. La mostra dels usuaris està composta per 230 subjectes enquestats en diferents franges horàries i en diferents activitats. Per a la recollida de dades s'ha utilitzat el qüestionari SERVQUAL, encara que s'ha modificat per adequar-ho a les característiques específiques del centre esportiu a analitzar. S'han realitzat anàlisis descriptius i de comparació entre homes i dones i per edats. Les principals conclusions extretes són que les valoracions obtingudes han sigut altes, sobretot pel que fa a personal i preus, mentre que la neteja de les instal•lacions i els espais han sigut les més baixes.

The following work aims to analyze the degree of satisfaction of users of the Municipal Sports services in Ripollet. The user sample consists of 230 subjects surveyed in different time slots and different activities. For data collection was used the SERVQUAL form model, although it has been modified to adapt it to the specific characteristics of the analysed sport centres. Descriptive analyzes were performed and compared between men, women and age. The main conclusions are that high valuations have been obtained, especially in regards to staff and prices, while facilities cleanliness have been the lowest.
