“Caminem Junts” : un projecte socioeducatiu d’acompanyament a famílies per millorar vincles amb els infants

Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquest treball és dissenyar, executar i avaluar un projecte socioeducatiu d’acompanyament familiar. El projecte es diu Caminem Junts i està adreçat a un grup de famílies que participen al projecte Enxaneta de l’escola la Sínia de Vic i l’escola Mare de Déu del Sol del Pont de Roda de Ter. L’objectiu del projecte Caminem Junts és promoure i fomentar que les famílies adoptin unes funcions parentals positives en la seva quotidianitat per tal d’empoderar-les sobre el rol de ser pares i mares. Aquest acompanyament familiar s’ha realitzat mitjançant uns tallers participatius amb els dos grups de famílies. Per finalitzar el treball es realitzen unes avaluacions del projecte juntament amb unes conclusions i unes perspectives de futur.

The aim of this work is to design, implement and evaluate a project address to some families. The project is called “Caminem Junts” and is aimed at a group of families participating in the project called “Enxaneta”. The families are of the school La Sinia situated in Vic, and the other school is Mare de Deu del Sol de Pont situated in Roda de Ter. The aim of “Caminem Junts” is to promote and encourage families adopt a positive parental functions in their daily lives in order to empower them to be on the role of parents. To do this support we had made some participatory activities with the groups of families. To finish the work, we have done an evaluation of the project and conclusions.
