El taller de competències transversals per desocupats del Servei Local d’Ocupació de Vic i la seva relació amb la claredat de l’autoconcepte

Abstract

Partint del taller de competències transversals per desocupats que porta a terme el Servei local d'ocupació de l'Ajuntament de Vic, així com de la base teòrica de l'elecció vocacional, l'autoconcepte i les competències, l'objectiu d'aquest estudi és investigar l'impacte d'aquest taller sobre la claredat de l'autoconcepte de les participants. La investigació s'ha realitzat amb 21 dones en situació d'atur, entre 19 i 59 anys, 13 participants al taller i 8 no participants, mitjançant l'administració de l'escala de la claredat de l'autoconcepte i el test AF5. Els resultats assenyalarien que el taller de competències transversals tindria un impacte positiu sobre la claredat de l'autoconcepte de les participants.

Starting from the workshop of transversal competences for unemployed, which carries out the local Service of employment of the City council of Vic, as well as of the theories basis on vocational election, self-concept and competences, the aim of this study is to investigate the impact of this workshop to the self-concept clarity of participants. The research has realised with 21 unemployed women, between 19 to 59 years old, 13 participants in the workshop and 8 non-participants, by means of the administration of self-concept clarity scale and the AF5 test. The results would point that the workshop of transversal competences would have a positive impact on the self-concept clarity of the participants.
