Anàlisi i discussió dels aspectes bioètics derivats de l'ús de la tècnica CRISPR en humans

Abstract

Aquest Treball de Fi de Grau es centra en els aspectes bioètics derivats de l’ús de la tècnica CRISPR per a l’edició genètica en humans. Al llarg d’aquest, s’hi recull informació sobre l’edició genètica, la tècnica d’edició genètica CRISPR en concret, i dels aspectes bioètiques que envolten a la tècnica. La part pràctica en aquest treball consta de la discussió dels aspectes bioètics que deriven de la dificultat de separar l’aplicació terapèutica de l’aplicació de millora de la tècnica CRISPR.

This Final Degree Project focuses on bioethics aspects derived from the use of the CRISPR technique for genetic editing in humans. Throughout this, information on genetic editing, the CRISPR genetic editing technique in concrete, and the bioethical issues surrounding the technique is gathered together. The practical part in this work consists of the discussion of the bioethical aspects that derive from the difficulty of separating the therapeutic application from the improvement application of the CRISPR technique.
