La satisfacció dels pares i mares de Navarcles envers les extraescolars esportives en l'Educació Primària

Abstract

El present estudi s’engloba dins la gestió esportiva, tractant el tema de la satisfacció dels usuaris indirectes d’un servei esportiu escolar en educació primària. Els seus objectius han estat determinar el grau de satisfacció dels pares i mares de Navarcles sobre les extraescolars esportives dels seus infants, a més d’identificar quines són per ells/es les dimensions més importants d’una organització esportiva. Per assolir-los, s’ha utilitzat un qüestionari EPOD que ha permès recollir les valoracions d’aquests usuaris. Els resultats mostren que la valoració global ha estat bona, i que la dimensió del monitor/a o entrenador/a ha estat la més ben valorada, mentre que la dimensió de les instal·lacions i el material ha estat la pitjor qualificada.

The present study is included as sport management research, dealing with the satisfaction of the indirect users of a school sport service in primary education. Their goals have been to determine the satisfaction of the Navarcles’s parents on the extracurricular sports of their children, as well as to identify which are the most important dimensions of a sports organization. In order to collect them, an EPOD survey has been used to collect the assessments of these users. The results show that the global valuation has been positive, and that the monitor or coach has been the most highly rated category, while the facilities and equipment the worse.
