L’acompanyament a les persones adultes després de la retirada d’un menor

Abstract

Aquest treball tracta posar llum sobre les persones les quals pateixen una retirada del seu fill del nucli familiar. Molts cops, aquestes persones, no estan d’acord amb la mesura que pren l’administració de fer una retirada d’aquests menors i troben a faltar molta informació. El treball busca conèixer quin és el paper de l’administració en les seves actuacions i conèixer quines limitacions tenen a l’hora d’actuar. També, però, es dona veu als pares perquè ells puguin explicar la situació en la qual viuen un cop feta la retirada.

This work seeks to shed light on the people who suffer a retirement from their child from the family center. Many times, these people do not agree with the measure taken by the administration to withdraw these minors and they miss a great deal of information. The work seeks to know what the role of the administration is in their actions and to know what limitations they have in their actions. Also, however, parents are given a voice so that they can explain the situation in which they find themselves when they withdraw.
