La relació entre l’aferrament i la dependència emocional en el Gironès

Abstract

El present estudi tracta d’investigar si existeix una relació entre l’aferrament creat entre els progenitors durant la infància i l’adolescència, i la dependència emocional en les relacions de parella. La mostra consisteix en 62 individus de la comarca del Gironès d’entre 20 i 60 anys, els quals es troben o es trobaven (fa menys d’un any) en una relació de parella de mínim un any i mig. Per analitzar les variables objecte d’estudi, s’ha utilitzat el Cuestionario de Dependencia Emocional (CDE) i el Inventario de Apego con Padres y Pares (IPPA), mitjançant la recollida de dades personals a través de Google Forms. Els resultats obtinguts indiquen que un aferrament segur durant la infància i adolescència implica una menor probabilitat de presentar alts nivells de dependència emocional en les relacions de parella. Alhora, també s’observa com els esdeveniments experimentats al llarg de la vida es relacionen amb l’aparició o no d’una dependència significativa en la parella. Finalment, cal destacar la comparació dels resultats amb l’estudi de Pagès (2024) realitzat al Maresme el qual ha estudiat les mateixes variables, d’igual forma i en el que s’ha obtingut resultats similars.

The present study seeks to investigate whether there is a relationship between the attachment created between parents during childhood and adolescence, and emotional dependence in partner relationships. The sample consists of 62 individuals from the Gironès region aged between 20 and 60, who are or were (less than one year ago) in a partner relationship of, at least, one year and a half. To analyze the variables under study, the Emotional Dependence Questionnaire (Cuestionario de Dependencia Emocional, CDE) and the Parental Attachment Inventory (IPPA) were used, through the collection of personal data through Google Forms.The results obtained indicate that a secure attachment during childhood and adolescence implies a lower probability of presenting high levels of emotional dependence in partner relationships. At the same time, it is also observed how the events experienced throughout life are related to the appearance or non-appearance of a significant dependence on the partner. Lastly, the comparison of the results with the study by Pagès (2024) carried out in the Maresme which has studied the same variables, in the same way and in which similar results have been obtained.
