Grau de satisfacció en les relacions de parella afectives en l’edat adulta en funció de l’estil de vincle afectiu

Abstract

L’estil d’aferrament i la qualitat dels vincles afectius primaris, tenen un paper fonamental en la vida adulta i en les relacions de parella afectiva. Concretament, l’estil d’aferrament de cadascun dels membres de la parella afectiva poden consolidar o posar en perill l’estabilitat de la relació. L’objectiu principal del present estudi és analitzar el grau de satisfacció de la relació de parella afectiva en funció de l’estil d’aferrament dels seus membres en l’edat adulta. S’ha utilitzat una mostra de 42 participants, dels quals han sigut vàlids 36, d’entre 21 i 30 anys que es troben en una relació de parella d’una duració mínima de dos anys o estan convivint junts. Se’ls ha administrat el Vinculatest per avaluar els processos d’aferrament i de vinculació interpersonal i l’Escala de Satisfacció de Parella (ESP-10) per avaluar el grau de satisfacció. Seguidament, amb l’anàlisi de les dades s’ha observat que el 58,33% dels participants de l’estudi es vinculaven de manera segura, el 30,56% de forma insegura i un 11,11% tendien a un estil desorganitzat. Tot i que el grau de satisfacció de la relació no s’ha associat a un tipus d’estil de vinculació, el 68,42% que han obtingut un elevat grau de satisfacció es vinculaven de manera segura. Respecte al gènere, no s’ha trobat diferències estadísticament significatives amb relació a l’estil de vinculació, tot i que de les persones amb una vinculació segura el 57,14% eren homes i amb vinculació insegura el 63,63% eren dones. En la duració de la relació i l’estil de vinculació s’ha obtingut diferències estadísticament significatives, sent les relacions dels membres amb vinculació segura les més duradores en el temps. En definitiva, no s’ha obtingut associacions prou significatives que hagin permès correlacionar el grau de satisfacció amb l’estil de vinculació, però s’ha demostrat la importància de continuar investigant la relació d’ambdues variables, ja que s’ha observat que l’estil de vinculació podria tenir un efecte en el grau de satisfacció de la parella. The attachment style and the quality of the primary affective bonds have a fundamental role in adult life and in affective couple relationships. Specifically, the attachment style of each of the members of the affective couple can consolidate or jeopardize the stability of the relationship. The main objective of this study is to analyze the degree of satisfaction of the affective couple relationship according to the attachment style of its members in adulthood. A sample of 42 participants was used, of which 36 were valid, between 21 and 30 years old who are in a relationship of a minimum duration of two years or are living together. They have been administered the Vinculatest to evaluate the processes of attachment and interpersonal bonding and the Couple Satisfaction Scale (ESP-10) to evaluate the degree of satisfaction. Next, with the analysis of the data, it was observed that 58.33% of the study participants were linked securely, 30.56% insecurely and 11.11% tended to a disorganized style. Although the degree of satisfaction of the relationship has not been associated with a type of relationship style, 68.42% who have obtained a high degree of satisfaction were linked securely. Regarding gender, no statistically significant differences were found in relation to the linking style, although of the people with a secure link, 57.14% were men and with insecure links, 63.63% were women. In the duration of the relationship and the relationship style, statistically significant differences have been obtained, with the relationships of the members with secure attachment being the most lasting over time. In short, sufficiently significant associations have not been obtained to correlate the degree of satisfaction with the bonding style, but the importance of continuing to investigate the relationship between both variables has been demonstrated, since it has been observed that the linkage style could influence the couple's degree of satisfaction.
