Objective: The objective of this study is to describe the experiences of parents whose children have received respiratory physiotherapy for the management of mild or moderate acute bronchiolitis.. Methodology : Context of the study: This study will be performed at the Centre de Kinésithé rapie Respiratoire et Fonctionnelle (CKRF-Lyon) in Lyon in France, considered as one of the best in this area. This first level center is specialized in respiratory physiotherapy, especially in-chil dren and proposes treatments for bronchiolitis including conventional pediatric and respiratory physiotherapy techniques. Study design: This qualitative study will consist of conducting semi structured interviews with a phenomenological, constructivist and deductive approach to obtain the data. The total duration of the study is estimated to be 18 months. Participants: This study is aimed at mothers and fathers of children under 2 years of age who have received respiratory physiotherapy for acute bronchiolitis (mild and moderate) in this center. This population must meet certain inclusion criteria and guarantee the heterogeneity of the data. The selection of parti cipants will be made by convenience sampling, taking into account pre-established characteristics to guarantee the demographic variety of the data obtained. Instruments for data collection: Data collection will take place during face-to-face interviews separately with each of the participants in a quiet classroom, with no time restriction on the interviews. The researcher will record the sound of each discussion so that a written transcript can be made and sent to each participant for verification and validation. The two complementary profiles of the authors will guarantee reflexi vity to ensure the quality of the qualitative methodology. Limitations of the study: The authors may be confronted with some limitations for which it will be necessary to seek solutions. Some of these limitations could be in relation to the interpretation of the results, not to judge or associate the characteristics of the patients with their data obtained, it will be specified within the writing of the study not to relate them with the characteristics. They could also be in relation to a low number of participants, then it will be necessary to extend the data collection area to other centers or in relation to the transcription of the interview, i.e. not to forget words or phrases, but the author could listen as many times as necessary to the recordings. In addition, it is possible that some of the participants will not agree with the transcription, so a new interview will have to be done to make the necessary modifications.es
