Veus que fan història. Dones i música en català

Abstract

Aquest treball de final de grau investiga el paper de les dones en la música cantada en català des del franquisme fins a l’actualitat, amb l’objectiu de visibilitzar les desigualtats de gènere presents a la indústria musical i analitzar com aquestes han condicionat les trajectòries, les oportunitats i les representacions de les artistes. A partir d’una mirada educativa i feminista, s’exploren els discursos i pràctiques que han contribuït a la resistència i a l’empoderament de les dones dins d’aquest àmbit. La recerca s’emmarca principalment en el paradigma interpretatiu de la investigació educativa, amb l’objectiu de comprendre i interpretar els significats de les experiències de les artistes i les estructures patriarcals que han influït en el seu recorregut. A més, incorpora elements del paradigma sociocrític, donant veu a les protagonistes i promovent una reflexió crítica. Segons la seva finalitat, el treball respon a una investigació aplicada, que combina l’anàlisi teòrica amb entrevistes a dones vinculades al sector musical per aprofundir en la seva vivència. Com a part pràctica, s’ha creat una unitat didàctica adreçada a l’alumnat de 5è i 6è de primària, amb la voluntat de treballar aquestes temàtiques a l’aula des d’una perspectiva coeducativa, artística i transformadora. Per complementar aquest recurs pedagògic, s’han compost i produït cançons pròpies, pensades per estimular la reflexió, la creativitat i la consciència crítica de l’alumnat mitjançant la música.

This final degree project examines the role of women in the Catalan music industry from the Franco regime to the present day. It aims to highlight the gender inequalities that persist in the music industry and analyze how they have shaped the careers, opportunities, and representations of female artists. From an educational and feminist perspective, the study explores the discourses and practices that have fostered resistance and empowerment within the sector. The research is primarily framed within the interpretative paradigm of educational research, seeking to understand and interpret the meanings behind women's artistic experiences and the patriarchal structures influencing their paths. It also incorporates elements of the socio-critical paradigm by giving voice to the women involved and promoting critical reflection. This is an applied research project that combines theoretical analysis with interviews with women linked with the music field to delve deeper into their experiences. As a practical component, an educational unit has been designed for 5th and 6th-grade primary students to address these issues in the classroom from a coeducational, artistic, and transformative approach.
