Abstract

This volume examines storytelling as a pedagogical tool in second/foreign language education, particularly for primary English instruction. Synthesising complementary theoretical foundations from narrative approaches, pedagogical and linguistic perspectives with practical applications including material selection, narrative structures, assessment strategies, and case studies, it aims to serve both researchers and educators in advancing narrative-based language teaching approaches.
