La competència oral, a judici! Un estudi de cas sobre l’ensenyament- aprenentatge de l’argumentació oral a través de la simulació d’un judici a 4t d’ESO

Abstract

Aquest Treball de Final de Màster investiga l'eficàcia de la simulació d'un judici com a eina per a l'ensenyament-aprenentatge de l'argumentació oral en català a 4t d'ESO. Centrat en un institut-escola del Vallès Occidental, l'estudi analitza la implementació d'aquesta estratègia didàctica, a través de les creences i les actituds dels docents i dels alumnes. Mitjançant una metodología mixta, la recerca explora com la simulació de judici pot contribuir al desenvolupament de la competència oral argumentativa, identificant els reptes i oportunitats que sorgeixen en la pràctica educativa. Els resultats obtinguts ofereixen una base per a la reflexió pedagògica i l'adaptació de les pràctiques docents, aspirant a enriquir el camp de la didàctica de la llengua i a potenciar les habilitats comunicatives orals dels estudiants.

This master's thesis investigates the effectiveness of a mock trial as a tool for teaching and learning oral argumentation in Catalan at the 4th year of secondary education (ESO). Focused on a school in the Vallès Occidental region, the study analyzes the implementation of this didactic strategy through the beliefs and attitudes of teachers and students. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research explores how the mock trial can contribute to the development of oral argumentative competence, identifying the challenges and opportunities that arise in educational practice. The results offer a foundation for pedagogical reflection and the adaptation of teaching practices, aiming to enrich the field of language didactics and enhance the oral communication skills of students.
