Determinació de factors desencadenants de situacions d’estrès en el futbol de competició a l’etapa Benjamí i Aleví

Abstract

L’estrès és una de les variables psicològiques més presents en l’actualitat. Aquest treball de fi de grau té com a objectiu veure quins són els factors que provoquen estrès negatiu en els infants que juguen a futbol. Una de les fites serà estudiar aquest procés, tan present en l’esport d’èlit i de competició, en l’esport d’iniciació. S’utilitza la documentació a partir de fonts primàries i secundàries com articles, revistes i llibres relacionats amb la psicologia esportiva, psicologia evolutiva i l’estrès. Es fa, a més, un aprofondiment en investigacions anteriors relacionades amb el tema. Amb l’ajuda de la fonamentació teòrica i l’assessorament d’una psicòloga esportiva es realitza un qüestionari adaptat, tant a les necessitats i objectius del treball, com als infants. Tant les situacions plantejades com les variables que es tenen en compte en el qüestionari proposat, responen a les necessitats i els objectius del treball. Així doncs, no apareixen totes les possibles situacions i factors desencadenants sinó aquells que s’han cregut convenients i més rellevants.

Nowadays stress is one of the psychological variables with more impact. This dissertation aims at identifying which are the factors that lead to negative stress in young football players. One of the objectives will be studying this process, which is regularly found in high performance and competition, but for the initiation stage of footballers. This work is based on primary and secondary sources such as articles, reports and books related to sports psychology, evolution psychology and stress. Previous investigations related to the subject are deeply reviewed too. A survey adapted to the aims of the work and to the subjects, has been conducted and was based on theoretical references and a sport psychotherapist’s consultancy. Moreover, both the situations proposed and the variables considered in the survey respond to the needs and objectives of this work. Hence, not all the possible situations or consequent factors are recollected but those which have been considered more convenient and relevant.
