Trajectòries d'inserció sociolaboral en persones amb diversitat funcional: dues històries de vida

Abstract

Amb aquest treball es vol conèixer la realitat i les vivències de joves amb diversitat funcional relacionades amb la seva inserció al món laboral ordinari. Es té l’interès posat en saber què han sentit aquestes persones, com han viscut el procés, l’entrada a l’etapa de la vida laboral i què els ha facilitat i/o dificultat aquesta inserció. L’èmfasi es té posat en donar veu a aquestes persones, normalment silenciades i poc contemplades, per a compartir les seves experiències. També es vol saber com ho ha viscut el seu entorn més proper i la xarxa de persones implicades en la seva inserció. Tenint en compte les persones referents de la família de cada protagonista i com s’ha acompanyat des del programa “Pont” i el programa “I després?” per part dels professionals que el formen, en igual que el tipus de relació que hi ha entre aquests.

The aim of this work is to understand the reality and experiences of young people with functional diversity related to their placement to the regular job market. Particularly, this work focuses on knowing how these people felt, how they experienced this process, the start of this work period and what were the helpful and/ or difficult aspects during this employment insertion. The goal is to give voice to these people, usually silenced and little considered, to share their experiences. In addition, this work focuses on learning how their close support environment lived the process as well as the people involved during the employment insertion. In particular, taking into account the pillars of the family of each protagonist, and how this process has been guided by the program “Bridge” and the program “And then?” with the professional involved, as well as the relationship between all of them.
