Since 2016 Toyota Motor Europe is offering a merchandise range to 30 countries In November 2018 I joined as accessories project manager and I am responsible for two car models and all merchandising During these 7 months my main focus was getting to know the already existing processes and getting to grips with the full job content In parallel, since the first day I started creating a roadmap to define in which direction merchandise should go in order to increase sales and give a better service The first project given to me has been the creation of a merchandise collection for Toyota C HR I found this to be the perfect opportunity to take my learnings from this development to build my project This forced me to do a more deep dive in both the previous created collections as well as the world of Toyota, leading me to create not only a new collection of merchandise but as well this detailed road book covering my learning process I will be using some of the actual content of this project as a part of a presentation I will be presenting at an event mid June to explain the future direction of our division and show for the first time the Toyota C HR collection to the European marketses
