L'escolta activa de l'infant en el seu aprenentatge

Abstract

El present treball tracta sobre l’escolta activa, un dels principis més importants i difícils de tot el procés comunicatiu, saber escoltar, que té com objectiu escoltar i entendre aquesta comunicació des del punt de vista del que comparteix informació. Concretament aquest TFG es centra en la definició objectiva i subjectiva del concepte. El treball inclou aspectes com saber diferenciar l’escolta activa i quins recursos empenyen a la utilització d’aquesta, a partir d’un estudi de cas, amb el punt de vista de docents i d’infants. S’exploren les conseqüències que té en l’educació i en el desenvolupament de l’aprenentatge a l’escola, així entenent la importància de dur-la a terme amb un sentit i valorant l’efecte que té sobre els infants.

The following work is about the active listening, one of the most important and difficult principles of all the communication process. Knowing how to listen, which has as a main objective listening and understanding this communication from the one’s talking perspective. Specifically, this TFG is focused in the objective and subjective definition of the concept. The coursework includes things such as knowing how to differentiate the active listening and what consequences lead to its use, based on a case study also adding the point of view of teachers and infants. The effects it has in the education and the development of learning in school are explored. This, understanding the importance of accomplishing it with a sense and value the effect it has on the infants.
