Identitats trans al context escolar: expectatives, realitat i propostes de millora

Abstract

El present treball dona veu al col·lectiu trans des del context educatiu i, concretament, l’escolar. S’han estudiant les bases teòriques i legals de la realitat actual de les identitats trans en el context espanyol i català, així com alguns conceptes clau. Aquesta és una investigació qualitativa que s’ha dut a terme recollint dades a partir de quatre entrevistes a persones del col·lectiu trans i/o docent. Les conclusions d’aquesta recerca són la persistent manca de coneixements envers el col·lectiu trans per part del sector docent i la dificultat per accedir-hi.

This work gives voice to the trans collective from the educational context and, specifically, the school. The theoretical and legal bases of the current reality of trans identities in the Spanish and Catalan context have been studied, as well as some key concepts. This is a qualitative research that has been carried out collecting data from four interviews with people from the trans and/or teaching community. The conclusions of this research are the persistent lack of knowledge about the trans community by the part of the teaching sector and the difficulty to access them.
