Com poden ajudar les tutoritzacions al creixement de l'alumnat en la Secundària?

Abstract

El procés d’acompanyament i orientació que elabora l’equip docent en la seva tasca tutorial és vital pel desenvolupament personal, acadèmic i professional de l’alumnat. Aquesta recerca analitza la tutorització en l’acompanyament i orientació personal en l’alumnat de secundària, tot comparant tres centres educatius que utilitzen models tutorials diferents. S’identifica el tipus de tutoria que afavoreix el desenvolupament integral de l’alumnat a través d’una anàlisi triangular que combina la realització d’enquestes a l’alumnat i les seves famílies, i grups de discussions amb les figures tutores. Tots els instruments s’estructuren en les següents categories, que determinen els resultats: educació integral; necessitats personals; models de tutories; i personalització de l’aprenentatge. La tutorització que ofereix un òptim seguiment a l’alumnat és la que compta amb tot el claustre docent com a tutor i amb espais per dur a terme tutories grupals i individuals amb l’alumnat i les famílies. Aquest estudi vol constatar l’eficàcia de les tutories personalitzades a les institucions educatives, tot distribuint l’alumnat entre el claustre docent per millorar i sistematitzar l’acompanyament personal. The process of accompaniment and guidance developed by the teaching staff in their tutorial work is vital for students' personal, academic, and professional development. This research analyzes tutoring in secondary school students' personal accompaniment and guidance, comparing three educational centers that use different tutorial models. The type of tutoring that favors the integral development of students is identified through a triangular analysis that combines surveys of students and their families and group discussions with the tutors. All the instruments are structured in the following categories, which determine their results: integral education; personal needs; tutoring models; and personalization of learning. The tutoring that offers an optimal follow-up to students is the one that has the entire teaching staff as tutors and spaces for group and individual tutoring with students and families. This study aims to verify the effectiveness of personalized tutoring in educational institutions, distributing students among the teaching staff to improve and systematize personal accompaniment.
