L'hort com a eix vertebrador de l’aprenentatge

Abstract

L’hort té molts anys d’història, i per això ha tingut una gran evolució durant la seva trajectòria, fins al punt d’integrar-se en les escoles com a hort escolar. El següent treball doncs, es centra en el treball escolar, de caràcter interdisciplinari, al voltant de l’hort, i en aquest es realitza un estudi d’un centre concret. A través d’una recerca teòrica d’autors experts, i una recollida de dades a través de diferents instruments, s’estudiarà el tipus de propostes que es fan actualment a l’hort, i s’analitzaran les percepcions dels docents del centre, amb relació a les oportunitats educatives que pot oferir l’hort de forma interdisciplinària. Finalment, un cop acabat l’estudi, es realitzaran unes propostes de millora per tal d’eliminar o reduir les possibles limitacions i maximitzar les possibles potencialitats del centre.

The orchard has many years of history, and therefore has had a great evolution during its trajectory, to the point of integrating into schools as a school garden. The following work, then, focuses on interdisciplinary school work around the garden, and in this a study of a specific center is carried out. Through theoretical research by expert authors, and a collection of data through different instruments, the type of proposals that are currently made in the garden will be studied, and the perceptions of the teachers of the center will be analyzed, in relation to the educational opportunities that the garden can offer in an interdisciplinary way. Finally, once the study is finished, some improvement proposals will be made to eliminate or reduce possible limitations and maximize the potential of the center.
