Una visió dels límits i les sancions en cinc centres residencials d’acció educativa (CRAE)

Abstract

En aquest Treball de Final de Grau es realitza un estudi de cas sobre la visió dels límits i les sancions en cinc centres residencials d’acció educativa (CRAE) amb el propòsit d’abordar aquesta temàtica, coneixent-ne la importància i conscienciar els i les professionals vinculats a l’educació social, ja que les normes i els límits són bàsics per viure en societat, i en aquest cas, bàsics per la convivència del centre. En aquesta recerca poso èmfasi en les diferents formes per gestionar els incompliments dels deures de convivència i de les normes del centre, quins són els conflictes més complexos de resoldre, quines són les sancions o mesures educatives que s’utilitzen més sovint i quina és la millor actuació, actituds i aptituds dels i les professionals davant aquesta temàtica. Les dades s’han obtingut principalment a través de la tècnica de l'entrevista. Aquesta m’ha permès extreure uns resultats i unes conclusions, les quals remarquen la importància d’abordar aquest tema amb l’objectiu de protegir i millorar el benestar tant personal com social dels infants i adolescents i garantir-ne els seus drets i responsabilitats.

In this thesis, a case study is carried out on the vision of limits and sanctions in five residential centers of educational action (CRAE) with the purpose of addressing this issue, knowing its importance and raising awareness among the professionals linked to social education, since rules and limits are basic for living in society, and in this case, basic for the day to day in the center. In this research I emphasize the different ways to manage breaches of coexistence duties and the rules of the center, which are the most complex conflicts to resolve, which are the sanctions or educational measures that are used most often and what is the better performance, attitudes and skills of professionals in this subject. The data has been obtained mainly through the interview technique. This has allowed me to draw some results and conclusions, which emphasize the importance of addressing this issue with the aim of protecting and improving both the personal and social well-being of children and teenagers and guaranteeing their rights and responsibilities.
