Proposta d'intervenció educativa per millorar la cohesió de grup

Abstract

En el present treball s’investiga la influència de les dinàmiques i activitats de grup, com a basa de l’aprenentatge cooperatiu, en la millora de la cohesió de grup. Es realitza una intervenció educativa basada en un conjunt de dinàmiques i activitats de grup extretes del Programa CA/AC (“Cooperar per aprendre/Aprendre a cooperar”) per tal d’observar i analitzar la seva incidència en relació a la cohesió de grup i els efectes que es produeixen a l’aula. Aquesta intervenció es va portar a terme en un grup de 22 infants de 5 – 6 anys d’una escola de la població de Vic. Els instruments utilitzats van ser una entrevista, observacions i un grup de discussió, que es van aplicar abans i després de la intervenció per tal d’obtenir dades. Aquests són els que van permetre afirmar que les dinàmiques i activitats de grup milloren la cohesió de grup.

In this project the influence of the group dynamics and activities are investigated, as the basis of the cooperative learning, to improve he group cohesion. I worked an educative intervention based on group dynamics and activities taken from the program CA/AC (“Cooperate to learn/Learn to cooperate”) to observe and analyze its incidence in relation to the cohesion of the group and the effects produced in the classroom. This intervention was done in a group of 22 infants 5 – 6 years – olds of a school in Vic. The tools used were an interview, observations and a discussion group, that were implemented before and after the intervention to get the data. Those are the ones that could affirm that the group dynamics and activities improve the group cohesion.
