Remodelació d’una instal·lació de soldadura de perns

Abstract

El projecte consisteix a simplificar i remodelar una part d’una instal·lació de fabricació de carrosseries d’automòbils, concretament del SEAT LEON, amb l’objectiu de reduir-ne el nombre d’avaries i el temps cicle, aconseguint disminuir els costos per avaries i augmentar el nombre de carrosseries fabricades. Aquest projecte està dividit en cinc capítols. 1. Un primer capítol on es mostren els objectius del projecte i on es fa una breu explicació de diferents temes que s’hi relacionen i que li donen fonamentació teòrica. 2. A partir del segon capítol, mitjançant un estudi previ del projecte, se n’inicia el desenvolupament. 3. El tercer capítol està centrat en la realització del disseny del projecte. 4. El quart capítol tracta de la posada en marxa del projecte. 5. El cinquè i últim capítol mostra els resultats del projecte. Com a resultat del projecte, es redueix el nombre d’avaries de la instal·lació, suposant un increment en el nombre de carrosseries fabricades, fet que afecta positivament els ingressos de l’empresa. També s’ha alliberat personal de manteniment que es dedicava a solucionar les avaries, que ara es podran dedicar a realitzar altres tasques amb valor afegit per a l’empresa.

The project consists in simplifying and remodeling part of the automobile body manufacturing facility, specifically the SEAT LEÓN’s one. The aim is to reduce the number of breakdowns and cycle time, lowering the cost of the process and increasing the number of bodyworks produced. The project is divided into five chapters: 1. The first one will show the objectives of the project and will explain some items that will give theoretical foundation to the project. 2. From the second point forward, and thanks to a previous evaluation of the project, the development begins. 3. The third chapter is focused on the realization of the project design. 4. The fourth chapter deals with the implementation of the project. 5. The fifth and last chapter shows the results of the project. As a result of the project, the number of breakdowns has been reduced, increasing the number of bodyworks produced, positively affecting the income of the company. Also, thanks to this reduction of breakdowns, maintenance personnel has been released from the task of solving them, and now they will be able to work in other tasks, with added value to the company.
