Estratègies d'atenció a la diversitat en un centre educatiu, de parla castellana, de Finlàndia

Abstract

El present treball és una recerca educativa que parteix de la pregunta “Quines estratègies d'atenció a la diversitat utilitza el centre educatiu, de parla castellana, de Finlàndia, per portar a terme una educació Inclusiva?”. Pretén ser una anàlisi de les estratègies que s’utilitzen per treballar dins l’aula amb infants d’1,5 anys a 6 anys, on estiguin inclosos tots els infants, realitzant les adaptacions pertinents per poder atendre a la diversitat d’alumnes i la barrera lingüística, i d’altra banda quin hauria de ser el paper del mestre tutor o mestre de suport davant les estratègies que s’utilitzen per atendre la diversitat. Per portar-ho a terme, s’ha fet ús del document l’Índex per la Inclusió, per tal de tenir en compte els principis de presència, participació i progrés. Per poder realitzar aquesta investigació s’ha realitzat un estudi de cas, fent ús d’observacions a aula, d’acord amb l´Índex per la Inclusió, entrevistes a membres del professorat del centre i una anàlisi dels documents del centre.

The present work is an educational research that starts with the question “Which strategies of attention to the diversity uses the educational center, of Spanish speaking, of Finland, to carry out an inclusive education?”. It pretends to be an analysis of the strategies used to work in the classroom with children of 1,5 years to 6 years old, where are included all the children, adapting to the diversity of students and the linguistic barrier, and on the other hand which would have to be the role of the teacher or support teacher with the diversion strategy attention. To carry out it, the document “Index for Inclusion” has been used, in order to take into account the principles of presence, participation and progress. To carry out this research, a case study has been done, doing classroom observations, in accordance with ”Index for Inclusion”, interviews with teachers of the school centre and an analysis of its documents.
