Docència Compartida: una eina pel canvi

Abstract

En aquest article es reflexiona sobre com implementar una metodologia de treball competencial en la dimensió de resolució de problemes de l’àmbit matemàtic, utilitzant el model del Disseny Universal per a l’Aprenentatge (DUA) i la Docència Compartida (DC) per avançar cap a la inclusió. Es descriuen les 5 fases que s’han planificat per implementar la millora, les tres primeres de les quals ja s’han portat a terme amb alumnes de 3r i 4t de Primària de l’escola Sentfores. L’article intenta aportar evidències del canvi de cultura i de pràctiques que ha suposat aquest procés de millora.

This article reflects on how to implement a competency work methodology in the problem solving dimension of the mathematical field, using the model of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Cooperative Teaching for move toward inclusion. The 5 phases that have been planned to implement the improvement are described, the first three of which have already been carried out with students of 3rd and 4th grade of the Sentfores School Elementary. The article attempts to provide evidence of the change in culture and practices that has been the process of improvement.
