Educació Emocional; Eina indispensable per obtenir el benestar personal en infants.

Abstract

El present Treball Final de Grau consisteix en el disseny i la posada en pràctica d’una proposta d’intervenció sobre l’educació emocional dirigida al segon cicle d’Educació Infantil. La proposta té com objectiu oferir un conjunt d’activitats vivencials on, mitjançant el joc, el conte, l’expressió corporal, es potencia la consciència emocional, l’autoestima i les interaccions entre els alumnes. Per tal de confeccionar la proposta, prèviament, s’ha realitzat una recerca de l’estat evolutiu i capacitats dels infants d’aquesta edat i aprofundit en aquells aspectes que envolten l’educació emocional, com els seus objectius i beneficis, els recursos essencials per aplicar-la i les habilitats que s’han de desenvolupar perquè es garanteixi, amb la finalitat de crear un marc teòric que evidenciï la importància d’aquest ensenyament i, alhora, conèixer els requisits per poder treballar les emocions d’una manera adequada i completa. Partint d’aquests sabers, s’ha dissenyat una proposta on es promou la consciència, la regulació i l’autonomia emocional, així com les competències socials i les competències pel benestar, que són les habilitats requerides per educar emocionalment en tots els àmbits.

This final project degree is about the design of, and the implementation of a proposed intervention addressed to the second cycle of child education. The proposal's goal is offering a set of experiential activities where emotional awareness, self-confidence and the interactions between students are enhanced through games, tales, body expression and drawing. To make the proposal, it has done research about the evolution state and capabilities of kids of this age inquiring on those aspects that surrounds the emotional education as well as the goals and benefits, the essential resources to apply and the abilities to guarantee it with the purpose of building a theoretical framework that shows the importance of this teaching, meanwhile knowing the prerequisites to be able to work on emotions adequately and completely. From this knowledge, I've created a proposal where consciousness, emotional regulation, and emotional autonomy are fostered, as are the social competencies and welfare competencies required to emotionally educate in all areas.
