La multigraduació: estudi de cas a una escola rural del Pirineu Occidental.

Abstract

Aquest estudi pretén identificar com es viu la multigraduació per part de la comunitat educativa d’una escola rural estudiada. Així doncs, la recerca és un estudi que s’ha portat a terme a una escola rural del Pirineu Català Occidental organitzada amb grups multigrau. És a dir, infants d’edats heterogènies interactuen i aprenen junts dins d’una mateixa aula enriquint el seu procés d’aprenentatge. Des d’un paradigma interpretatiu i a partir d’un estudi de cas, l’obtenció de dades s’ha realitzat a partir de tres instruments; l’anàlisi de documents del centre, l’entrevista a alguns membres de la comunitat educativa i el diari de camp. Amb aquesta recerca s’ha pogut conèixer com els diferents agents de la comunitat educativa d’aquesta escola rural, viuen i valoren de manera molt positiva aquesta tipologia d’escola i d’aula, a més de tenir un gran sentiment de pertinença, comunitat i cooperació activa. Defensen que l’escola rural i l’aula multigrau permeten una escolarització basada en aprenentatges molt propers, significatius, enriquidors i estimulants, que possibiliten el màxim desenvolupament integral, social i personal de cada infant.

This study aims to identify how multigrade is experienced by the educational community of a rural school studied. Thus, the research is a study that has been carried out in a rural school in the West Catalan Pyrenees, which is organized with multigrade groups. In other words, children of heterogeneous ages interact and learn together in the same classroom enriching their development and learning process. From an interpretative paradigm and from a case study, the data has been obtained from three instruments; the analysis of school documents, interviews with some members of the educational community and the field diary. With this research it has been possible to know how the different agents of the educational community of this rural school live and value in a very positive way this type of school and classroom, besides having a great feeling of belonging, community and active cooperation. They assure that the rural school and a multigrade classroom allows a significant, enriching and stimulating learning environment, which allows the maximum integral, social and personal development of each child.
