La inclusió - Del concepte a la realitat político-educativa envers l’autisme en una escola pública de l’Alt Empordà

Abstract

Per a la realització del meu Treball Final de Grau m’he plantejat abordar l’evolució i la transformació significativa de la inclusió educativa a partir de la normativa i com afecta en el dia a dia d’una escola pública de l’Alt Empordà. A través d’aquest treball es pretén proporcionar una comprensió profunda de com ha evolucionat el concepte d’inclusió. Seguint la legislació i el marc teòric per veure la inclusió actual d’aquest centre educatiu i poder entendre com s’ha aplicat segons la realitat educativa. En aquest context, es destaca la intersecció entre la realitat específica de l'escola, les necessitats dels alumnes amb TEA i la legislació educativa vigent. A través d'aquest enfocament, s'analitzen les estratègies, els suports, els recursosi les adaptacions curriculars implementades per abordar la diversitat dins de l'aula i promoure la plena participació de l’alumnat. A més, se subratlla el paper fonamental de la legislació educativa en la promoció de la inclusió i els drets dels infants. S’evidencien els èxits i els reptes experimentats en el procés d’inclusió manifestant la necessitat d'una millora contínua en l'atenció i el suport a aquest alumnat, tant a nivell internacional, nacional com autonòmic. A través de l'anàlisi d'aquest estudi de cas, s'aporta una comprensió més profunda de les pràctiques inclusives i les polítiques educatives, amb l'objectiu de participar en la discussió sobre la millora de l'atenció educativa per als estudiants amb TEA.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the significant evolution and transformation of the educational inclusion from a legislative standpoint, and what is its impact on the day-to-day life of a public school in Alt Empordà. Through this paper, the aim isto achieve a deep understanding of how the concept of inclusion has evolved. Following the legislation and the theorical framework of this school, the objective is to better understand how inclusion has been applied to the specific educational reality of its classrooms. In this context, the intersection among the specific realities of the school and the needs of the students with ASD and the current educational legislation is highlighted. This approach allows an analysis of the strategies, support measures, resources and curricular adaptation in place to address the classroom diversity and promote an inclusive participation of the students. In addition, the vital role of the educational legislation aimed at promoting inclusion and children's rights will be underlined. Both the successes and challenges experienced in the inclusion process will be highlighted, showing the need for continuous improvement regarding the support and outreach for these students at international, national, and regional levels. Through the analysis of the case study, a deeper understanding of the inclusive practices and educational policies is achieved- Its aim is to contribute to the ongoing discussion on how to improve educational care for students with ASD.
